High production output, each machine can produce about 130,000 to 150,000 products everyday. (But the general cutting machine just with the production of 50,000 daily)
Quality-stability, the temperature of the bottle is about 35℃ after the molding, hardly be deformation. (As generally, the cutting is designed in the machine, so the bottle cooling isn't enough, therefore, the cutting is easy to be deformation)
Cutting smoothly, without manual-helping, completely-automatic cutting system
This process of production is in line with food-grade, non-staining process
The process of cutting is in the rotation of precision rotating disk at the same time, and the excess material from finished.

Feature:

Double mold-carriage is designed in single to octonary-die-head blow molding machines, fully automated with safety lock specially for high throughput production of various kinds of containers, such as cosmetics, detergent bottles, etc., Mold carriage is designed to traverse on linear motion guides for outstanding performance and high efficiency. Combined with in-mold labeling machines, from PC material feeding to final product labeling, helps achieve fully automatic operations, eliminates second processing procedure.
