Feature:

Screw type first-in and first-out accumulation type die-head. Generally, PC material has higher fluidity and does not need die head. Therefore it’s not easy to produce products with large handles or heavier products. To meet the special design requirements, PC products with capacity of 20 liters requires 40 ~45 seconds for product cycle time. The appearances of bottles can be adjusted per customer design requirements.
We have many years of experience, and the design for this series is complete. Unlike other people who do not have experience in PC material, and most of them have difficulties in optimizing bottle brightness and cycle time. We can offer our experience to customers with our PC peripheral equipment of bottle blow molding machines.
